The agreement between you and Orbit.

This list is not exhaustive, but it is specific, and everything on it will get an account removed — usually permanently, and usually on the first offence. Following, tracking or working out where someone lives, works, studies or spends time. That includes waiting for someone to appear, comparing how close they seem over time, using several accounts or devices to narrow down where they are, and asking anyone else to do these things for you. Using Orbit to find a specific person who has not chosen to be found by you — an ex, a former colleague, someone who blocked you, someone who left another app to get away from you. Blocking is final. Creating another account to get around it is a ban. Pretending to be someone else, using another person's photos, claiming an age you are not, or presenting yourself as under 18. Sexual content, sexual pressure, or sexual messages to someone who has not invited them. Threats, intimidation, hate, or contact after someone has asked you to stop. Recruiting, selling, promoting, soliciting, fundraising, or asking anyone for money, gifts or financial help — including romance scams and investment pitches. Collecting, scraping, recording or republishing other people's profiles, photos or messages, including screenshots shared to humiliate someone. Automating or reverse-engineering the app, or using it through anything other than the official client. Using Orbit on behalf of an organisation to identify, monitor or approach people — including law enforcement, investigators, debt collection, immigration enforcement, or press, without a lawful order served on us directly.
We remove accounts, and we do it without warning where someone's safety is at stake. Reports naming a person under 18, a threat, or stalking are looked at first. We keep a record of removed accounts so the same person cannot simply start again, and we cooperate with valid legal requests about serious harm. We may preserve message and report content while an investigation is open, even if the account is deleted.
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. Harassment, hate, threats, stalking, unwanted sexual behavior, impersonation, scams and solicitation are grounds for immediate removal.
Orbit does not run background checks on anyone. Photo Verified means a person matched their photos — nothing more. Use your judgment, meet in public, and read the safety tips.
You keep ownership of your photos and messages. You give Orbit the limited licence needed to host and display them inside the app.
We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.
Orbit is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app or from meeting anyone through it.
You can delete your account at any time inside the app. These terms end when your account does, apart from provisions that by their nature survive.
